Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. A $20 restocking fee applies to all cancellations to cover processing costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

60-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every OnForm product with our 60-Day Fit Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
- Items must be in their original condition -- unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.
Items not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased at a sale or discounted price.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@tryonform.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically 2-3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria listed above or if the return is initiated outside the 60-day window.
Return Policy for EU Customers
This section applies to customers residing in the European Union and is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Please note that OnForm is based outside the European Union. While we honour the 14-day withdrawal right, enforcement may be subject to jurisdictional limitations. Our 60-day return policy provides additional flexibility beyond the statutory minimum.
Return Shipping for EU Customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are also the buyer's responsibility.
To initiate a return as an EU customer, please contact us at info@tryonform.com with your order details. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (2-3 business days), approved refunds -- including the original product cost but excluding return shipping -- will be processed within 7 business days. Total estimated timeline from return shipment to refund: 10-14 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@tryonform.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please initiate a return per the process above and place a new order for the desired item.

OnForm reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
