Shipping Policy


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 11:00 AM PST (GMT-07:00) will begin processing the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We ship to all countries and regions available at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping Estimated delivery: 3-12 business days. No additional cost.

Expedited Shipping Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days. Flat rate: US$9.95.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control.


International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. OnForm has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at info@tryonform.com.


Delivery and Responsibility

Once your order shows a "Delivered" status from the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. OnForm is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

To protect your delivery:

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
  • Consider using a secure delivery location if you will not be available to receive the package in person.
  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and around your delivery area, then contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Shipping Disputes

If there is a discrepancy or issue with your shipment, please contact us at info@tryonform.com before initiating any disputes with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving shipping issues quickly and fairly.

Please note that chargebacks filed for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier may be contested.


Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. OnForm is not responsible for carrier delays during high-volume periods.
